[Genome] BlatBot Error...

It seems that my IP address (170.140.216.198) has been blocked from submitting BLAT requests due to an error in my settings for a Blatbot.pl program.  I have corrected the problem and was wondering if I could be unblocked.  I apologize for any inconvenience.
