Hello, When I was downloading the Human(hg17)/Rh esus pairwise alignment file under the directory axtNet/, I found there were two files available for some chromosomes,for example, named chr1_hg17.rheMac2.net.axt.gz and chr1_random.hg17.rheMac2.net.axt.gz respectively. what's the later file with "random" represent?
