[Genome] UCSC Gene set

Hello Keith,
We kept the same table name (knownGene) when we created the new UCSC
Genes set, so "knownGene.txt.gz" is the file you are looking for. The
old Known Genes set for the human March 2006 assembly is now called
"knownGeneOld2.txt.gz". (There are a lot of dependencies on the
knownGene table in the Genome Browser, so it would have been more
difficult and confusing to switch to a new name.)
I hope this clears up any confusion.
