Good Morning Oren Ben-Ami:
We only display the strain C57BL/6J
There are 38 contigs in the 129/SvEvTac strain which you would find
at NCBI for mouse build 37 (UCSC mm9 under construction).
You may also be able to find resources at MGI:
http://www.informatics.jax.org/menus/strain_menu.shtml
Attached below is a listing of the 38 contigs obtained from the NCBI
seq_contig.md.gz file:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/genomes/MapView/Mus_musculus/sequence/BUILD.37.1/initial_release/seq_contig.md.gz
For mm8 (NCBI build 36) this file would be:
ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/genomes/MapView/Mus_musculus/sequence/BUILD.36.1/initial_release/seq_contig.md.gz
