Hello Mousheng Xu,

The 'value' field in the table 'knownToLocusLink' and the 'locusLinkId'
field in the table 'refLink' contains the Entrez Gene IDs. One thing to
note is that the Entrez Genes IDs used to be called Locus Link IDs. Our
tables still uses this old LocusLink nomenclature, even though it
contains EntrezGene IDs

I hope this information is helpful to you. Please don't hesitate to
contact us again if you require further assistance.

Regards,

Archana
