Hello Jay,
The two files correspond to the two subtracks of the PicTar miRNA track.
If you click on the link above the track control or on the blue/gray
button at the side of the track in the Genome Browser display then you
will see the description.
picTarMiRNA4Way.txt: file for the PicTar microRNA Sites, 4 Species
Conservation Constraint: Human/Mouse/Rat/Dog
picTarMiRNA5Way.txt: file for the PicTar microRNA Sites, 4 Species
Conservation Constraint: Human/Mouse/Rat/Dog
The 4way or 5way refers to the number of species in the multiple alignment
used to find conserved regions to help in identifying binding sites for
microRNAs.
