[Genome] download of orthologous genes

Dear UCSC Genome Bioinformatics team,

I would like to download genomic sequences for 200 orthologous  
mammalian and chicken genes with a surrounding of 300 kb upstream and  
downstream of the transcript, preferably together with their exon  
annotations in one file (like the NCBI GenBank format). I know the  
chromosomal locations of the human genes. As the homology information  
between the species is integrated via alignments and links in the UCSC  
Genome Browser, is there a simple and fast way to retrieve the  
corresponding genes' sequences plus 300 kb neighborhood, including  
annotations, for mouse, opossum, chicken, etc.?
