[Genome] chrX regions on hg18

Hello!

I am looking for the genomic coordinates for the various "regions" of 
Chr X (pseudoautosomal region 1 or PAR1; PAR2, non-par...).  Is this 
info somewhere in the UCSC browser or do you know where could I get it 
for hg18 (NCBI b36)?
