Dear Sir or Madam:
I have two questions.
First, the copy number variation data (structural variation) are very useful for
me. However, I can only find them in last build (NCBI 35/HG17). Do you plan to
add them in the current human build (NCBI 36/HG18)?
Second, I can find 7 out 8 datasets in download section here
(http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/hg17/database/) but I can't find "SNP
and BAC microarray analysis of HapMap data (Redon): 1447 copy number variable
regions found in the HapMap Phase II data." in above link. Could you provide me
a file name or link to file(s)?
Thank you very much!
