Hello all,
This is not entirely related to the UCSC genome browser, so my
apologies, but i think if anyone knows the answer, it will be this
audience!
I would like to obtain the genomic sequence data from the DBA/2J inbred
mouse strain.
I understand that Celera sequenced it along with C57BL/6J and others,
but since Celera released their data to NCBI it has been difficult to
find specific DBA sequence data.
All I can find from NCBI are references to "the alternate assembly"
which is the Celera consensus build based primarily upon sequencing
C57BL/6J.
I have found helpful SNP resources in the form of your snp126 track, and
the SNP utilities at Ensembl, but am after the raw sequences for
specific genomic intervals, to gain extra insight into subtle variations
that may or may not exist in my regions of interest.
I hope that someone can help
Mark
