[Genome] Custom tracks

Hello Peter,

 From our recent discussions, it appears that your
custom tracks are again working -- please contact
us if this is not the case.   I also wanted to share with
the list what we learned...

The problem with the URL listed, below, is the use of
an NPH (non-parsed header) CGI script,
(which you tried as a work-around for
HTTP header errors you were encountering).
This style of script isn't standard HTTP, and is
not supported by our site -- we need at least
a minimal header in the custom track submission
via URL -- at a minimum the data must be
prepended with "Content: plain/text"
followed by an empty line.
