[Genome] Default to most recent assembly

When I go to a mouse BLAT search the default assembly is the Mar 2005
Assembly. My student, on the other hand has a Feb 2006 assembly
default. She has sent me her link and on my computer it still defaults
back to Mar 2005. How can I specify the default opening page to be on
the Feb 2006 assembly? Otherwise I have to change the assembly on the
page. It is critical that we use the same assembly for our chromosomal
coordinates and if I forget to change the assembly even once, I t causes
major problems in our analyses. I've pretty much exhausted all of the
possibilities including goggling the site and still get the Mar 2005
default. I'd appreciate any suggestions.
