Hi Karen,
I could not quite get what you saw. Looking at hg18, the SNURF
gene of the Known Genes track does encompass the first 3 exons.
Were you looking at an earlier genome release?
Fan.

Hi,
In searching the genome browser I found what I think is an incorrect
placement of the SNURF "gene" under the "known genes" track. SNURF
encompasses the first three exons of SNRPN, but the track shows it as being
the last three exons.
Sincerely,
Karen Thatcher
