I'd like to build liftOver from source in such a way that doesn't require linking to too many other libraries, for the purpose of embedding in a perl module. Do you have such a version? It only needs the core functionality of parsing chain files and translating a single locus at a time, no other file I/O. Thanks, Adam Bernard
