In the Human hg17 Repeat annotation tables, I've noticed that there
is a particular repeat with repName Tigger2a (> 3000 copies). I'm unable
to find details of this repeat in RepBase (although Tigger2 and
Tigger2a_Car exist). Is there any obvious reason why this might be?
Where can I find information on Tigger2a?
