[Genome] user tracks

I have tried various ways to upload a 'user track' starting with a text
file.  The upload is uneventful and in the table browser 'describe table
schema' shows the first 10 or so lines of the file, in the 'manage custom
tracks' screen the correct number of lines is displayed, but when I attempt
to get a .bed file in the table browser I consistently get back '#no results
for query'.  A attached the text file I have been trying to upload.
