Hi there,
I've seen Gary Chen's email (sent to you on Thursday, June 22, 2006 at
2:19 PM) regarding the best way to get evolutionary information on SNPs
for humans using UCSC facilities.
You suggested to get the human coordinates from the snp125 table and
obtain the orthologous coordinates in the macaque and chimp genomes and
the corresponding bases for each human SNP.
Should I do this operation also ?
or this info is already available somewhere at the UCSC web site ?
Thanks,
Isabelle
