Hello Bonnie,
You can restrict the view of the genome browser to your region of interest
by searching for "11q22.1" in the search box on the Gateway page:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway
Once you are in the genome browser, be sure to turn on the BAC End Pairs
track. This will show you all of the BAC Ends on your chromosome band of
interest. You can then click on individual BAC Ends to find out more details
about them such as their exact location, strand, and their genomic alignment.
You can find information about ordering the clone by clicking on its name on
this details page.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you still have questions, please don't
hesitate to write back to this list.
Regards,
----------
