[Genome] hgNear error

Hi all, I have some problems with a partial local mirror of genome  
browser.
As I select Gene Sorter from the browser I get this error:

Missing required shortLabel field in columnDb.ra

I have an updated mysql mirror and I have just updated hg sources. Is  
there something I mi(e)ssed?
