[Genome] Clear button

Hi Rosemary,

Thank you for the compliment on BLAT.  One of our engineers has 
identified the cause of the inconsistent behavior of the clear button 
and is working on a fix.  The fix will likely be included in our next 
code update, which occurs on a two-week cycle.  If you still see the 
problem two to three weeks from now, please let us know.
