[Genome] Custom Tracks tool

Hello,

 

I ran into a small problem using your new "Custom Track" tool.  There's
no 'check all' on the custom tracks took and the whole things feels up
pretty fast when using multiple .BED files.  It displays "URL too long"
and there's no easy way to delete all of the old tracks except for
resetting the browser user interface.  However, that clears up custom
settings for page width and others.
