[Genome] Conservation

Dear Colleague,

I want to document the conservation display scores for the conserved 
non-coding elements. Certain elements are broken into small blocks and 
the score is split on the "phastcons conserved elements" (file 
attached). Could you please tell if the score for the whole area could 
be aggregated (score 2305 = 714+ 365+  365+ 336+ 273+ 252 for the 
conserved region as shown in attached file) or I could only take the 
score for the biggest block in conserved area.
