Kasper,
We do not currently have plans to add this track to the March 2006
(hg18) Human Browser. I will look into whether there is enough interest
in getting this track added. Meanwhile, you might find it useful to use
our liftOver tool (http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLiftOver) if you
have hg17 coordinates that you want to see on the hg18 browser.
We are currently working on an expression data track for the Affy Human
Exon 1.0 array for both the hg17 and hg18 assemblies that may be of
interest to you. This track is still going through our QA process, but
look for it toward the end of this month.
I hope this is useful to you. Please don't hesitate to contact us again
if you have any other questions.
