[Genome] Too many custom tracks

Hi Julien,

You have found a bug in our new custom tracks manager -- we will
have a fix for this implemented in our next release (later this week).
Until then, you'll need to reduce the number of tracks loaded 
simultaneously -- limiting to 200 should work (depending on length of 
the track name).
