[Genome] question for refFlat.txt in mm7

Xiangdong,

Rest assured, the sequence data for mm7 does not change. What does 
change are the annotations to it.  In particular, refFlat is part of the 
set of annotations which are subject to a process of nightly updates.

You can check the submission state or status of a particular accession 
on the NCBI website:
