[Genome] question for refFlat.txt in mm7

Hi

I Downloaded whole mm7 about half year ago. I used that as my start 
point of genome computation.  Last week, one of my 
colleague  downloaded mm7's refFlat.txt for annotation,
then I found some genes not listed in my records, the reason is that 
refFlat.txt she used is different from mine.

Is mm7 updated since it is published?  or only refFlat.txt is 
updated  and chrosome sequence is not updated?  If chromosome 
sequence is also updated, I may have to regenerate all my data again.
