[Genome] liftOver command line usage

Hi there,

I'm trying to use the liftOver tool on OSX-duocore, and it doesn't run
(it just displays the "manpage" when I run the command
/programs/liftOver/liftOver.v134.MacOSX.ppc
06_09_26_REST_default_hmm.bed.txt
/programs/liftOver/hg16ToHg17.over.chain
06_09_26_REST_default_hmm.bed.txt.hg17, i.e.,  liftOver oldFile
map.chain newFile)

One thing I don't understand is what "unMapped" is in your "liftOver
oldFile map.chain newFile unMapped" usage.  Since I don't know what
this is, I can't enter it as input.  Is this a possible reason for the
failure?
