[Genome] ENCODE data submission

Dear UCSC genome browser curators,

I would like to submit several  ChIP-chip datasets for the ENCODE project.
I have constructed a wig file containing all the data as several tracks.
I have also used the HTML template to write a brief description of the 
dataset.
