[Genome] affymetrix 500k snp track coloring

Yohan:
Actually what we did is split the NSP and STY data into 2 different subtracks
in the "SNP Array" track in hg17 (the Human May 2004 assembly) but they are all
the same color.
The tables are called snpArrayAffy250Nsp and snpArrayAffy250Sty.
Here is a link which shows the configuration of the SNP Array track:

You can alter the display mode and choose which arrays to view.
