[Genome] Phastcons

Hello,
Using the UCSC Genome Browser we are looking at the PhastCons analysis.  We
would like to ask whether our interpretation that  this analysis yields
conserved elements in the 7 species (mouse, rat, human, Chimpanzee, macaque,
dog, and cow) is correcet.
