[Genome] filter problem on ENCODE UW/Reg DNAse tracks

Hello Tim,
Thank you very much for bringing this bug to our attention. One of our
developers has now fixed the problem. Now you should be able to apply the
filter to the data values for the subtracks of ENCODE UW/Reg QCP DNAseI
Sens on genome-test. Please remember that this data has not undergone QA
yet so the data could change before release to the public site.
Please let us know if you have further questions.
