Hi UCSC
I'm running a local mirror of the browser and added a
track to display snps from our genomewide data set.
I've determined which are synonymous and
non-synonymous and I would like to color code them
like you do on the dbSNP track. I'm not sure how to do
that. Is it something you add to the bed file when you
run hgLoadBed or do you need to modify a trackdb.ra
file?
Thanks for your help,
