Hello,
      I would like to predict the ¡°rep_origin¡± and ¡°repeat_region¡± in a 
cryptical plasmid. Which software is capable doing this work? I have 
sequenced a cryptical plasmid and assembled all segments, which is very 
small, is only 3592bp in length. The ORF were chose by ¡°Getorf¡± and ¡°
ORFfind¡±, respectively. But, I still didn¡¯t know how to predict its 
origin region and some repeat region. Thank you in advance for any advice!
