[Genome] extracting values from Affymetrix tiling .wib files

Hi.
I'm trying to obtain the data for the Affymetrix Transcriptome Project
Phase 2 track. The data available in the annotation directory for hg17
consists of short transfrags with discretized values as well as summed
counts over long regions, neither of which provides sufficient detail (I
assume that this is because the data set is so large). I've downloaded
the .wib files from gbdb/hg17/wib/affyTxnPhase2 and I've built hgWiggle,
but try as I may, I'm unable to coax hgWiggle into extracting the data.
Can you tell me how to specify the appropriate options? Besides the .wib
file, I have the apparent wig file, which is a text file with a .txt
extension (from the annotation director); do I need to rename it? Do I
need to specify the track name (there's only one) and chromosome (I want
them all), or are these settings optional?
Thanks.
