[Genome] TFBS conserved

dear all,

I am wondering why the TFBS conserved track suddenly change from the 
previous version to this one published on 8-11, updated also in the hg17
In the previous there were about 481 matrices for known TF of the TRANSFAC 
MATRIX DATABASE (v.8.3), in the current one 237 (v.7.0).

So since I used the previous one for an analysis of the TFBS in region of 
retroviral integration using the hg17, I am wondering if I have to run 
again all my data with the current one, since a lot of matrices disappear 
completely.
