Hi all,

I am trying to query gfServer remotely using gfClient. I load the
server:

gfServer start 'gfserver_hostname' 17779 hg17.2bit

then use gfClient on another server:

gfClient 'gfserver_hostname' 17779 'path' in.fa out.psl

But I get the following error:

Can't open 'path'/hg17.2bit to read: No such file or directory

I can ping the server fine, and query it on the gfserver_host_name
server using gfClient.

The 2bit files are stored on a NFS mount.

Some info that might be handy:

HOST CONFIG:

Two Dual-Core AMD (64-bit) w/ 16Gb RAM
2bit files are stored on a NFS mount

CLIENT
Dual CPU Intel (32-bit) w/ 4Gb RAM

Thanks.

Vince
