[Genome] question about 3' UTR sequences

Hello,
I would like to retreive the 3' UTR regions of two genes...jagged1 and wnt1
and i do not know how to select this from your genome browser?? i tried
looking at the query section and using the faq but i didnt figure it out.
could you please tell me how to get that info only (i also need to know how
long the region is and the sequence numbers of those positions)
