[Genome] UCSC Genome browser data on portable disk?

Dear Sir/Madam

We are interested in mirroring the USCS browser, but the size of the 
data download is an obstacle.

We can send a portable disk and if someone over there can copy the data 
onto the disk and ship it back to
us here in South Africa, it would be feasible.

Who would be the best person to speak to to arrange something like this?
