Hello Franck,
We do not offer web services, but we do have automated ways to interact with
our software including:
- BLAT: you can align your marker sequences to get their genome coordinates.
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgBlat
- Table Browser: A powerful tool to get data for non-programmers.
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables
- Public mySQL server: Direct mySQL access to all our data tables for programmers.
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download29
- Distributed Annotation Server (DAS) server: programmatic access to underlying
data.
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads#download23
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/das/dsn
Please note that program-driven use of our software is limited to a maximum of
one hit every 15 seconds and no more than 5,000 hits per day.
Hope one or more of the access methods is helpful to you. Please be sure to
write back if you have additional questions.
Regards,
----------
