[Genome] Asking for help from China

Dear Genome,
     This is Coasta from the Institute of Neuroscience, Chinese Academy of Sciences. I have fallen into some problems handling zebrafish gene sequence. One of my interested genes, that is GFAP cDNA, is sequenced using the Singapore local strain. I have streaked out several clones after ligation for sequencing. Compared with the published sequence, there are four common mutations among them. So I suspected there are discrepancies among different fish strains. And I¡¯m just wondering what the identity of the Singapore local strain is. Are they the AB line or Tuebingen Line? Thanks for your kindly help,
