[Genome] RNA question

I am trying to find small RNAs - similar to the RMRP gene resonsible
for cartilage hair hypoplasia. If you look at the following region
chr9:35,643,000-35,645,000

it is EST BI494929

This is conserved across multiple species and is a disease gene,
although not a protein and not spliced.

Is there a way to find RNA's like this on the Genome Browser short of
looking at every EST? When I look at all of the "Genes and Gene
Prediction Tracks" the only hit I get is from Human ESTs Including
Unspliced. Not even in PhastCons.

Can you help me or am I trying to do something that is not yet
do-able in the browser?

Thanks for your help.

Amy Hsu
