[Genome] update frequency of RefGene.txt

Hi Kayla,

We are interested in knowing the positions of exon-exon junctions. We
use the RefSeq data to update our database every odd-numbered month, so
we want to know if your refGene table incorporates the data from RefSeq.

Thank you for your help.

Phoenix,

The refGene table is updated daily, however, the version available for
download on our website is from a database dump and is about 1 day
behind what you'll see on our browser.

Here is a link to to this data for the hg18 assembly:

I hope this answers your question. Please don't hesitate to contact us
again if you have further questions.
