[Genome] drosophila release 5 data

Anthony,

D. melanogaster release 5 data (which will be known as "dm3" on the UCSC 
Genome Browser) is currently still in development.  FlyBase has just 
come out with their gene annotations for this assembly.  After putting 
together the dm3 browser, it will have to go through our QA process.  I 
expect it will be at least two months before the dm3 browser is 
available on our public website.

Meanwhile, you can view the preliminary dm3 browser on our development 
website:
http://genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu.
However, keep in mind that the data here has not gone through our usual 
quality assurance procedures and so may have errors.
