Dear Sir or Madam,
Thanks for your great work on UCSC browser!
I am interested in the SNPs data with gene ids. Given any gene, such as p53,
I can check how many SNPs change the p53 gene sequences? where are those
SNPs positions on p53?
So, my questions is how I could download all SNPs data with corresponding
RefSeq IDs or gene IDs information, if they have any?
I have downloaded snp126.txt; I can see the chromosome positions of SNPs,
but not about genes.
I know I can align the chr position to genes. However, I am wondering if
UCSC has SNPs positions on genes? or has alignments between SNPs flanking
sequence and RefSeq/gene sequences?
Thank you very much for your help!
Best,
Kai
