[Genome] citing programs from jksrc

Hi UCSC

We have several manuscripts in preparation in our lab which have made extensive use of several programs in jksrc (liftOver, pslCDnaFilter, twoBitToFa, etc)
Do I cite the NAR paper from 2003 for these tools? Or is there something more appropriate?
