[Genome] Custom Track Issue

Hello Malachi,
To remove existing custom tracks when loading from a URL, add
"&ctfile_db=" to the URL, as described in this answer to a previously
asked question:

To hide all annotation tracks except for your custom tracks, use the
"browser hide all" line in your custom track data file, as described in
the Custom Track User's Guide, here:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/customTrack.html#BROWSER
