The first-ever Sun Center of Excellence in OpenSPARC is a collaborative effort between Sun Microsystems and the University in support of OpenSPARC, which is a global community that fosters the creation of tools and derivative chip designs based upon Sun's breakthrough UltraSPARC(tm) T1 processor.
