Grading Policy
Evaluations:
- Labs 30%
- Paper 10%
- Midterm 30%
- Final 30%
An overall 65 percent of the total evaluation points will be considered minimal
passing with a required minimum of 50% of EACH of the four aspects of the
class being necessary, but not sufficient to pass the class.
Lab Grading Policy:
- 40 percent on attendance
- 40 percent on preparation
- 20 percent on work completed
At most 4 absences allowed for a passing lab grade. Students must attend 2 labs
a week. If you cannot make your regular lab, you can attend other lab times.
Friday students who cannot attend their regular lab must attend two labs during
the between the preceding Monday and Thursday.
Lab Due Dates:
Preparation sheets are due in section on the day the lab is begun. Lab work
and print-outs are due at the end of section the following week.
