After creating your web page, you can publish either using our CATS server
or using free web hosting services available on the net.

For using CATS to publish your page, you need to have a CATS account. To

Some of the freely available web hosting services are www.brinkster.com,
www.freeservers.com, www.tripod.lycos.com and many more. If you using them,
you have to bear their ad banners.
