Academic Excellence Program (ACE):
The Academic Excellence Program (ACE) is supported
by UCSC's Division of Natural Sciences. Its goal is to increase the diversity
of those students receiving bachelor's degrees
in engineering, math and science. ACE provides special discussion sections
for a
number of science and engineering courses,
including CE 16. Students must apply for the program and applications
are available at
